italian meatball casserole


INGREDIENT:

meatball
egg plant
onion and garlic
2 cups plain tomato sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp breadcrumb
salt and pepper for seasoning

METHOD
1. Cut the onion and eggplant into dice.
2.Chop the garlic.
3.Saute the onion and garlic until soft.
4.Add in eggplant and cook until it's tender.
5.Pour the tomato sauce.
6.Put some salt and pepper for seasoning and a little bit of dried oregano to enhance the good smell.
7.In an ovenproof casserole pour the mixture and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
8.Bake it in an oven preheated to 160 degree celcius for 10 mnt or until the breadcrumb turns to brown colour
