Linguini Marinara


linguini is one of the type of pasta. The shape is look alike fettucini, but the size is different. Linguini is smaller than fettucini. So, don't be confuse about it. So pasta marina is all about the seafood. You can put any seafood item in your pasta. Today i have one of the recipe for the simple pasta marinara for you cook at your house and enjoy it.


INGREDIENT:
onion (dices)
garlic (slices)
puree tomato
button mushroom
mussle
prawn
squid
salt & pepper
pasta fettucini (you can use any type of pasta that you like)
METHOD
1. Peeled the skin of prawn and blanch it with onion to get the prawn stock.
2. Saute the garlic and onion until soft.
3. Add in puree tomato *estimate for how many people you want serve
4.Then, pour the prawn stock.you will get the sweetness of the prawn in your sauce.Let it boil for a while.
5. Add the button mushroom.
6. And also mussle.
7.After a minute, add in squid.
8.Wait until 2 minute, then add the prawn and season your sauce.
*Tips~don't cook your seafood too long because it will become tough like chewing gum. Just estimate the amount of ingredient with the people you want to serve.
